The purpose of this service is to offer Due Diligence investigation of potential investment targets with an IT security focus.
Within this service I investigate primarily:
- Substance - Evaluating the main asset of the target organisation in terms of technology and innovation
- Business plan - Evaluating the degree of realism of the target organisation’s business plan. Can it take the organisation from its current position towards a set target with available resources?
This service does NOT include evaluation of financial status or other aspects of the target organisation’s economy.
